“Full service”… you’ve heard the term, but what exactly does that mean?
Full service is defined by the many services we offer our brides. Custom invitations, distinctive favors, table linens and chair covers, floral and décor design and rentals, catering services PLUS etiquette advice, vendor selection assistance, ceremony and reception site referrals, event management and supervision, and the list goes on. These are just of the few options and services that we believe should be available to every bride; therefore we strive to anticipate and meet your need before you ever realize you have one. This is how we define “full service”.

To help you determine the level of assistance you desire, we have developed a few service level packages to meet you at your present stage. Whether you have just started planning, or are in the middle of your planning process, we would be honored to assist you. Initial Consultation
This one hour consultation is your opportunity to tell us about your dream wedding so please, don’t hold anything back. If you’re not sure where to begin don’t worry; this is where our experience enters in. We’ll get to know you and outline our approach, so that you are comfortable with us, and we are confident that we understand your vision.
Remember, we’re a team and it is after all, YOUR wedding day!

Alpha and Omega |

From “Will you?” to “I do!” your Agape Events personal consultant be with you at every step and turn. Full planning, personal consultations, concept coordination and implementation, event management and more are included within your personalized Alpha and Omega service all without hourly restrictions. Phone calls, emails, vendor visits and communication, guest management, etiquette advice, site tours, tastings (our favorite duty), every aspect of wedding planning, wedding weekend activities including delivering goodie bags to traveling guests PLUS, rehearsal direction, “day of” coordination and management, date specific timeline, wedding day timeline, checklists for bridal party members, bridal newsletter AND a personalized wedding website. No stone will be left unturned as your experience our Alpha and Omega service.
By the time you are ready to walk down the aisle, we will have formed a personal relationship and friendship. You will have benefited from our decades of event planning experiences, coveted vendor relationships, strong negotiating skills, guidance and counsel, while we will have had the honor and pleasure of watching your transform from an anxious and overwhelmed bride into a calm, relaxed, radiant friend.

For the bride with more planning desire than time in her day. This option meets you right where you are and carries you through to the end; it’s more than “Day Of” service. Maybe you’ve already selected your venue, vendors, dresses and décor, but you still have questions, still need guidance and would appreciate the impartial and trusted assistance of a trained professional. If this is you, then a call to Agape Events is in order. Our Radiant Joy service guarantees that no task is left undone and no unnecessary compromise to your wedding day dreams occurs. With Radiant Joy, you countenance will reflect just that. With your Agape Events personal consultant at the helm, you will be able to focus on the beauty and excitement of going from Miss to Mrs. while we address all the details, of the day, freeing you and your families to focus on the joy of the moment.

Peace of Mind |

This service, also known commonly as “Day Of” service, is designed for the bride who delights in the planning process, yet desires the presence of a professional to coordinate and execute her vision flawlessly on her wedding day. Your Agape Events personal consultant will meet with you in advance of your wedding day to discuss all the details, address any questions or concerns you may have and wrap up all your loose ends. From the beginning of the wedding rehearsal until your reception’s end, we will be there to make certain your wedding day flows seamlessly and effortlessly, allowing you, your groom, families and guests to be distraction free.
